Challenge
Introduce a new service by Mac guru, Bob "Dr. Mac" LeVitus, that allows people to call in or go online with Mac-related troubleshooting questions.

Solution
Emphasize Bob's reputation as Dr. Bob by having a Mac mouse on the end of a doctor's stethescope. Show Bob as his face is recognizable as the author of over 40 Mac books.
