The Cost of Doing Business

Because our hourly rate, graphic design prices and project fees are competitive data, we can’t publish them on this very public website. If you’d like to get a free quote from us for your project, please fill out our Request a Quote Form and provide us with as much information as possible. We will follow up with a few specific questions in order to give you a formal proposal.

Please note that we are not the cheapest design studio in town and we will definitely cost more than your cousins brother-in-law who designed his own website in Word. You can always find someone cheaper, but your companys brand and image deserve a certain level of creativity and professionalism. We encourage you to find out why were worth it.

Your project cost will be determined by:

Our hourly rate.
The kinds of services you need from us. These may include project consultation, graphic design, copywriting, development, search engine optimization or any other services we provide.
The number of pages you’ll need for your brochure or website.
The amount of functionality required; for example, web design pricing is partially based on if you need a content management system, flash animation, blog, e-commerce, etc.

Here is some general information regarding our pricing:

We offer a free 30-minute consultation to access whether we will be able to help you with your project. If we find that we are not a good fit for you, well try to refer a trusted resource who may be.
We do not charge for any meetings before a proposal is signed and therefore we try to evaluate your needs as quickly as possible. We do not charge for a proposal.
We typically price our services using a fixed rate fee versus an hourly estimate. This means we will clearly define your project as much as possible before providing you with a proposal. By charging you a flat fee, youre not left guessing whether we wildly underestimated the project in order to get your business.
Before we begin any project, we ask for a signed proposal and 50% deposit. We will bill another 25% when the design is approved and then the remaining balance is required before your project is printed or your website is launched.
We offer rush services for an additional fee of 20% on top of the project rate.
