About this Position: We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented, and forward-thinking Account Manager. Must have a track record of successfully managing print and interactive projects from project kick-off to final launch (and beyond), with a proven ability to champion project team morale while maintaining budgets, scope and timelines.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Independently manage multiple clients, creatives, vendors, partners, contractors, etc. as well as time, budgets, expenses, print/code quote requests, change orders, estimates, etc
Support internal team by creating and inputting creative briefs, agendas, meeting re-caps, timelines, assets, feedback, etc into our project management tool (Basecamp)
Identify resources needed for new projects and assign team responsibilities
Ensure projects meet the client’s goals and expectations, are of the highest quality, are completed on time, within scope and within budget
Create agency processes and procedures for greater efficiency and profitability
Strategize additional ways to serve client needs through additional sales and services.
Thoroughly proof creative and test websites, with fine-tuned attention to detail before sending to clients, partners or vendors
Evaluate in-bound potential clients – pre-qualification and needs analysis, proposal and follow-up
Organize and manage RFPs and responses. This includes evaluating RFPs for opportunity.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of project management experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university
Strong, diplomatic verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Web development technologies, including content management systems, HTML, social media and Flash
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while working well within a team
Professional, friendly, fearless
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience using Basecamp, Adobe InDesign, email marketing software and Google Analytics is preferred.
Internet savvy, including knowledge of and interest in current and future web, advertising and social media trends.
Comprehensive understanding of the interactive design and development process.
Attention to detail and strong organzational skills.
Comfort and willingness to drive projects, anticipating needs and helping strategize solutions that are good both for our clients and for our company.

About this Position: Creative Suitcase is hiring an interactive designer to join our growing team. The right candidate will have digital experience with websites, social media campaigns and mobile websites and/or applications. As a small team, our designers control all aspects of a project from strategy to completion. The position requires a fast-paced self-starter with a focus on strategy and high-end creativity.

Handle interactive projects from strategy, sitemapping and wireframing to design, development oversight and testing

Freelance Production Designer
About this Position: We are a boutique design studio in need of a production designer. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, fast-paced and team-driven. We are looking for experience in print and web work. You must have excellent knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign on the Mac platform, including the proper way to set up multi-page layouts and styles. You should enjoy a variety of work as no day will ever look the same. This is a freelance position, but you should be available during typical work hours. This position could grow into a part-time or full time position.

Set up files for print and review proofs
Attend presschecks
Create new materials for clients using existing look and feel assets
Resize banners and ads
Revise work based on client feedback
